Is it ADHD/AuDHD exclusive?

Not at all. If you are a creative entrepreneur who feels overwhelmed by rigid, traditional business advice and you need a more organic, spacious approach to your accountability, you belong here.

Is there too much social interaction?

Not at all. You engage as much or as little as you need. Our daily prompts can be done entirely on your own, and our monthly meetings are low-pressure with no forced participation.
