My Story -

From Corporate Leadership to Finding My True Path

Realising Corporate Life wasn't for Me

After spending 15 years in corporate leadership, my world shifted when I had my two children. Suddenly, the 9-5 grind no longer made sense for the life I envisioned. I needed flexibility, time with my kids & more control over my day.

This realisation led me to take a leap - I opened my own Pilates studio & began my journey as a well-being advocate.

The Struggle behind the Scenes

Despite the external changes, I still felt stuck. I tried countless strategies, filled my days with endless to-do lists, and yet never seemed to gain traction. I was constantly exhausted, putting my energy into my business and everyone else but neglecting my own well-being.

As a Creative Entrepreneur, I felt isolated. The pressure to show up for my business and my family was overwhelming! And the noise of all the different advice out there left me feeling confused. The struggle of entrepreneurship hit me hard!

Often, I felt misunderstood, like I didn’t quite fit into the traditional mould of an entrepreneur. I used to think that maybe I was the problem—that I was just “too much,” or that something was wrong with me. I didn’t fully understand why traditional business advice never worked for me.

I was overstimulated and frustrated with the pressure to “do it all". It's only when I did things my way that I felt true to me. But that's not the way everyone else does it?

I was afraid to do what suited me because it wasn't "normal" but when I worked "normally" it always left me feeling misunderstood and burnt out.

Embracing my ADHD & Finding My Systems

Eventually, I received my ADHD diagnosis and everything clicked. Why I worked the way I did.

I realised I had spent years unknowingly building systems to cope - planning tools, time-blocking, digital workflows, simple habits that supported how my brain worked.

Those systems helped me thrive in corporate, build two successful businesses & manage life as a mother, a creative entrepreneur and neurodivergent woman.

When I learned to apply those systems strategically, everything shifted. I created space in my week, structured my offers, clarified my marketing & streamlined my operations - this was HUGE!

It wasn’t about doing more, it was about doing the right things

in the right way but in the right way for me —calmly, consistently, with confidence & clarity.

What has really helped my clients is understanding that their business is unique and it is NEVER one size fits all.
